What if I can’t attend live?
No worries… replays will be sent out after each session and will remain available through the end of the event. You won’t miss a thing.
How long are the sessions?
Each live call runs between 60–75 minutes so they’re just enough time to drop in deeply without overwhelming your day.
What if I’m new to embodiment?
You’re in the right place. Everything we do is beginner-friendly and gently guided. No experience necessary, just bring your body and an open heart.
Do I need to be on camera or share?
Nope. We really love to see your face and feel like we're in the room together, but being on camera or speaking is always 100% optional. You’re invited to participate in whatever way feels nourishing.
Is there homework?
You’ll receive a light daily challenges… around 10–15 minutes… to deepen your experience and anchor the magic in your body between sessions.
